Eric was very patient with my husband and me when we were out looking for houses. We weren’t very sure at first what we were looking to purchase, so he took us to see upwards of 50 houses, I’m sure. Eric sold our house in four days, which we weren’t expecting at all. The race was on to find a new house, but we had some breathing room with a 60-day possession date that Eric had negotiated for us. We are fourth-time buyers, so possibly the worst kind for realtors because the list of likes/dislikes grows with every purchase. Based on our criteria, Eric checked each house before he sent it through to us, and as soon as we wanted to view a property he made it work, so we wouldn’t miss out on a potential purchase. Sometimes we’d want to see a few in one evening and the timing always worked out perfectly. We felt extremely comfortable viewing houses with Eric, he offered advice and pointed out neat features or things we might not be so keen on, so we had the whole picture. I think he could tell immediately if we weren’t feeling the house, and we moved onto the next. Being so fussy, we needed a very patient realtor, and he has buckets of that; we’d recommend him to any of our friends or relatives who intend to move home.
